Aim and Scope of Journal of Legal Ethics

Scope

The scope of the journal is to provide an academic medium and an important reference for the advancement and dissemination of research results that support high-level learning, teaching and research in the fields of Legal Ethics. Original theoretical work and application-based studies, which contributes to a better understanding of Jurisprudence and technical challenges, are encouraged.

1. JLE aims to promote savant excellence in the area of Legal Ethics.
2. JLE aims to focus on legal issues currently being in Legal Ethics as well as those being debated international with specific reference to India.
3. JLE aims to focusing on issues of Criminal Law, social justice and human rights, critique of the legal system, developments in alternative practice and community legal education.
